2007 weekly and monthly rates

 

Monthly Rates

 

Standard RV:           $250 per Month = $8.33 per night

Deluxe RV:             $300 per Month = $10.00 per night

Super RV:               $375 per Month = $12.50 per night

Standard Cabin:      $450 per Month = $15.00 per night

Deluxe Cabin:         $600 per Month = $20.00 per night

 

Monthly rates are for 30 nights, payment in advance.

No refund for unused nights.

Weekly Rates

 

Standard RV:          $99  per Week = $14.15 per night

Deluxe RV:            $119 per Week = $17.00 per night

Super RV:              $139 per Week = $19.86 per night

Cabin:                    $219 per Week = $31.29 per night

 

Weekly rates are for 7 nights, payment in advance. 

No refund for unused nights.

 

Weekly and Monthly rates do not apply for the dates of

 August 3^rd through August 13^th.

 

 

 

 

Our rates are per night based on a nightly occupancy of two adults per site/cabin.

Additional guest rate is $2.00 per person per night, ages 5 and under stay for free.

 

Reservations require first night rate paid at the time of confirmation.

South Dakota has a 5% sales tax not included in the above rates.

 

Cancellation policy-refunds for cancellations made with 24 hours notice shall be issued less a $5 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made the day of scheduled arrival, and no shows, will result in a cancellation fee of the rate of the first nights stay.
