●Quite hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
●No smoking in any park building or cabin.
●All open flame fires must be within fire rings.
●No parking of vehicles is allowed on the grass.
●No firearms or fireworks allowed in campground.
●No washing dishes or cloths in bathroom sinks.
●Profanity will not be tolerated in park.
●No cloths lines are allowed in the park.
●No vehicle repair or maintenance allowed in park.
Swimming Pool Rules:
●Children under 14 & all non-swimmers must be
accompanied by an adult.
●Swim diapers required on all infants.
●Gum, glass, or food is not permitted in the pool area.
●No running or diving allowed.
●No pets are allowed in the pool area.
●Pool & Spa areas are for registered guests only.
●No wet swimsuits or feet in store or game room.
●No children under the age of 16 allowed in hot tub
without adult supervision.
●Pets must be kept on a short leash at all times.
●Dogs may not be left unattended in or out of RV’s or cabins.
●Pets are not permitted in the playground, in
any buildings or in the swimming pool area.
●Pets may be walked on park grounds, but you must
pick up after your pet immediately.
The Heartland RV Park and Campground assumes no liability for accidents or loss of any kind. Rules are made for the safety and enjoyment of all guests, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with our rules or refuses to follow instructions from campground personnel.

Telephone Service- Phone jacks are located on the lower back of your pedestal above the TV jack.

To place a local call outside the campground- dial 9, then the phone number ###-#### (.25 cent charge)
To place a long distance call using a calling card- dial 9, then 1-800-###-#### (.25 cent charge)
To place a long distance call using Heartland RV’s long distance- call the front desk to have your long
distance service turned on, then dial 9, then 1 + area code + the phone number. (.25cent charge +. 25 cents per min)
To use your computer- please open your dial up software, and add (9,,,) in front of your local or 800 call up
number. ** make sure to add at least two commas to allow our system to find an outside line (.25 cent charge)
